These terms and conditions determine the process of ordering, payment, delivery and complaints against products offered on this website. The website antikvarijat-bono.com can be used for your private purpose free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Seller is the Antikvarijat “Bono” and the Buyer is the visitor to this website who completes an electronic order, sends it to the Seller and executes payment by credit card or Internet banking.
Browsing our website is permitted to all our visitors, but only registered and logged in users can make a purchase. To register, an account has to be created and basic data entered. Registration can be made before or during the ordering process. Registration is required only once, which means that for each additional purchase, only a login is required using your email address and password you chose during registration.
The ordering process begins by clicking on the text “Add to cart” which is located just beneath the book you have selected. The number and amount of books that fit into your cart is unlimited, and based on their handling will be changed the amount required for payment.
The User/Buyer may unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without providing a reason. According to Art. 79, Para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, 41/14), the User does not have right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service has been completely fulfilled, whereas fulfilment begins with the User’s/Buyer’s express prior acknowledgment that he or she is familiar with the fact that they will lose their right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service has been completely filled.
In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he or she shall notify the Antikvarijat “Bono” of his or her decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiry date and send an unequivocal statement by post (to the Antikvarijat “Bono”, Petrinjska 83, 10000 Zagreb) or by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org, which will state your name, address, phone number or email address, order number or invoice number, and which may use the specified written form for unilateral termination of the Agreement. Furthermore, the form Unilateral Termination of Agreement, which is located on the website of the web shop Antikvarijat “Bono”, in the section Terms and Conditions can be completed by the Buyer electronically and sent, in which case the Bono Antique Shop shall, without delay, send a receipt notice of unilateral termination by e-mail. The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods which are the subject of the Agreement are handed over into the possession of the Buyer or third party designated by the Buyer, but which is not a transporter which is not a carrier.
If the User unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the money that has been received from him or her, including the costs of deliver, shall be refunded to the User, without delay, no later than fourteen (14) days of the date the Antikvarijat “Bono”, i.e. the web shop Antikvarijat “Bono” took receipt of the User’s decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The refunds will be executed in the same way the User executed the respective payment. If the User agrees to a refund of the payment in another manner, he or she shall not bear any costs in relation to the refund. A refund of money by the Antikvarijat “Bono” can be made only after the goods have been returned or after proof has been submitted that the goods were returned.
The buyer is obliged to deliver the goods or is sent to Antikvarijat “Bono”, Petrinjska 83, 10000 Zagreb, without undue delay, and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the date the antique “Bono” sent its decision on the unilateral termination. The costs of returning the goods under the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette no. 41/14, art. 77) must be borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the goods as a result of handling the goods.
If on the Buyer’s request the rendering of services began during the deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement, the Buyer shall pay the company Antikvarijat “Bono” the amount that is proportionate to what has been delivered to the moment when the Buyer informed the Antikvarijat “Bono” of the unilateral termination of the Agreement.
