Ordered products are packaged so that during normal handling they are not damaged. When the buyer takes receipt of a product, he or she is obliged to check the condition of the consignment and in the event of damage immediately submit a complaint about the product to the courier (employees of the courier service). The Seller waivers all responsibility for damage caused during shipping.

If the Buyer does not receive the goods or the delivery notification after it has been sent, within the expected period of time, the Buyer has the right to inform the Seller in order for action to be taken to find the consignment or for a replacement consignment to be sent.

If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods he or she ordered, the Seller is entitled to claim from the Buyer a reimbursement of all costs related to the delivery.

The Seller agrees to send the shipment to the Buyer at the moment the receiving an acknowledgment that authorises the online transaction. Upon receipt of this acknowledgement, the Seller agrees to send the consignment within 5 (five) working days.

After the courier (the company making the delivery) receives the consignment from the Seller, the Seller is no longer responsible for further delivery and nor possible delays and problems that may arise in relation to further manipulation and delivery of goods.
